Default got my new rear skid from pro-armor!!!

jimmy,

measuring the plate to the ground, compared to the actual sprocket to the ground, only half an inch was lost in clearance.

Did you have to remove that stock plate to put the new skid on or does it just bolt on with the 2 bolts.

i never had the stock plate. but yes, just the two bolts holds it on.

Default got my new rear skid from pro-armor!!!

Will that Skid Plate that "Sits on the shelf" fit a 2001 Scrambler 500? If so, I'd buy it.

how much was the ricochet one? got any pics of it installed? that one was going to be my second choice.

Default got my new rear skid from pro-armor!!!

Xrated------ The riccochet skid was $85.00 I got it thru Rocky mountain ATV. Part #RC-356A. I don't have pics at this time ( the bike is filthy!) Check back after the weekend and I should have some for Ya. Had no problem bolting it on. Kept the stock chain/ rotor guards on. Fits like a glove.
