Will a 500 jug, cam and piston (top end) fit on an expidition's bottom end? Can someone who owns a Xpedition and rides with buddies on Sportsman look at the top end. I don't know anyone who has a Sportsmen. Most folks around here ride Hondas.

 

The head is the same. For some reason the Xpedition has different exhuast valves though. The cam is the same. I think that the jug will fit. The 500 jug uses the same base gasket as the 425. The piston should work out right. The wrist pin is the same and the distance from the pin to the top of the piston is the same.
