i dont think there has been a shoot out yet.
if sounds is an issue... go with the WB's Pure polaris pipe.
i myself prefer the "open style" pipes... but they are loud.

Just by looking at the new dirtwheels mag, with there yfz450 pipe shoot out will give you a good idea on db levels. Also on power gains . I think thats the closes thing to pred shoot out ,both engines being rev motors. Im leaning towards the duel looney tunes .Here in Oregon the db level is 93 +- 2 thats lower than everyone else. I've messed around sound metering various silencers. The White Bros/Pure Polaris unit will always get you in under any sound limit. Also, the quiet version of the HPD is also piece of mind.

If you just what a slip-on pipe, I would recomend the White Brothers E-Series. I have one on my quad and I like it. Know if you are looking for a whole exhaust system. I would recomend a HPD PowerMaxx pipe. I hear good thing about that exhaust system.
