Anything is worth a try I still can't for the life of me figure out why it busted did the 99 have a falty swingarm?????

Well all I know is the 2000 has a new swingarm and if you do a search on the fourms on broke swingarms you will find that alot busted exactly were mine did!!

 

ohh, i wasnt aware of that, whereabouts did your break?

 

on the right side 4 inches back from the bolt hole. DG do a couple of searches on broke swingarms and alot of people have broke them in that exact spot. If it wasnt for my new 900 RMK on the way I think I would go to a bike probably a WR 450 I think i will wait till next year they are working on a new hydrolic run 2WD system for the bike works like the scrammy 4x4 only activates when the rear tire spins is called the 2-track bike and will be for sale next year they ran it in the dakar race and it worked great KTM is working on 1 to . I will still keep my scramy though.

 

Also might want to try eBay and see if someone is selling a used one.
