Default Questions.

Hi everyone,

I am thinking about buying a sport ATV and I was looking at both the Preditor 500 and the Raptor 660 can anyone tell me what are the pros and cons of gettting a Preditor over the Raptor or Raptor over Preditor.

I really would like to have non bias replies because I want to get the truth about the too.

Thanks,

Mike.

the Raptor is too tall/narrow for me..
the Pred is too heavy...actually, both bikes are way too heavy..
If I were you, Id buy a z400...better handling than both, and after a few minor mods, will keep up with the raptor...im not sure about the pred. plus the z400 has reverse, DOHC, and liquid cooling...seems like the better all around choice...and if you want more power later, just upgrade to a z440 kit..

the other quads are just way too heavy for me..yeah the pred has nice stock parts, but thats about all it has going for it...it doesn't change the fact that its 65 lbs. too heavy..

and if you REALLY want a deal, get an 04 400ex...since the release of teh z400, the ex price has dropped...and I believe that the 04 ex has a bigger carb than the other years..but it is SOHC, and air cooled...no reverse...and I don't believe it is as quick...but it'll be cheaper, and have Honda reliablity..not to mention the best stunt quad ever built

the pred is built to last and the carb and jetting is night and day compared to the rappy. the pred is much easier to make changes to.
