I won't gripe about 760cc on the 800. My sp500 has enough power for me. To me the best news is the upgraded front suspenion across the board on the Sportsman line. I think that is one heck of a upgrade.

I dont know if that is a good thing or a bad thing...I know that one of my friends has flipped the tb going backwards b4 (but he is kind of a screw off)

I myself do not like that on quad that littler kids are going to b riding

Maybe the pred 90 want have a reverse over ride like the tb does. That would be cool. But I do like the pred 90 having reverse.

I have no problem with it not having reverse because when my little bro goes out he has to go with someone else...and they could just pick the back end up and slide it around....but that is just my opinion

It seems to me that most of the people on the polaris forum are very angry about the updates and 05 models. I think they did a good job with the predator, Phoenix, and the SP800EFI with dual-exhausts sounds awesome. It is a disappointment that they didn't lighten the sportmans or make the "800" an actual 800. Like fourlix already mentioned before, they needed to address the very overweight SP400 and Magnum 330. I wondering how fast do you think the 800 is going to be since it weighs a whopping 765lbs! I don't see how the SP800EFI is going to much faster than the SP700EFI because of the weight. The 04.5 SP700EFI weighed in at 720lbs, which is a lot lighter than 765lbs.

I can hardly wait until side by side comparisons are done.

That TLD Predator is bad. Is this the year Polaris stops being the red headed stepchild of the Sport ATV world???

So it's not a 450 racer. It's still a bad quad IMO. More attractive to me than the tiny racer quads anyway.
