I doubt that the BF will ripped for not having EFI after they ride it.

 

Yamaha kodiak 450 is only 421cc motor. That just goes to show you that everyone is doing it. Would you rather buy a 400cc or a 450cc? But wait, you just bought a 421cc. It is all in the advertising/marketing. This machine will still kick a$$ big time!

 

what the point up here,i'll not start bashing that quad already cauze it is not a 800,my scrammy 400 is actually a 378cc and i'm very happy with it,the new polaris fusion sled is a 866 and it is written 900 on it,
,you got EFI wich provide a wider,broader powerband then dual exhausts (that's cool)to get instant response.

 

.... yup and Arctic Cat's ZR900 is actually a 862cc. They all do it, it's marketing.

Polaris could have been like Yamaha and called that 425cc a 450 and be more of a 450 than Yamaha, but they only go in 100s so they went with 400. So there not just going up, Polaris is also going down too...

They add 1.5 more inches of front suspenion travel and no one cares. All everyone wants to talk about is 760 vs 800cc.
