All the new "01 Magnums, 325's and 500's, will come standard as silver metalic. Nothing said about the availability of other colors.

I had heard that the 325 Mag was getting a cc upgrade and becoming a 350. Have you heard this one?

We received a "01" Mag 325 in Mossy Oak with all the new updates so my guess it is in the line up for the year. I heard rumors that the 335 Sportsman may become a 400 with the 425 motor, but just rumors don't qote me on that. It would make sence to me if they did that to give them a good range of motor sizes in their quads.

 

CHECK OUT DIRT-WHEELS 2001 MODELS ON SHOW. THEY HAVE A 400 SPORTSMAN 4X4 WITH THE 425 MOTOR AND THE REAR SUSPENSION LIKE THE 500. ALSO THE SPORTSMAN 500 IS STILL KING OF THE 4X4 WORLD. HONDA NEEDS MORE CHALK!!! HAPPY TRAILS!!!!!!

 

so we have two polcats now!! one from texas and one from OK. thats unusuall.

THEY SAY THE MAGNUM 500 WILL NOT HAVE THE H.O. MOTOR. ARE THEY WRONG?

 

I have the polaris fax. It states the Mag 500 will have the HO motor.

 

I checked with the dealer, he confirms the ho for the magnum also silver/grey. No word on when. You just can't believe everything you read.
