Does anyone know how often these two oils should be replaced. I can not find it it the owners manual.

Also how do you change the counter balance oil, i could not find that in the owners manual either. I know you use 10W40 but where do you put it?

thanks

Look on page 80 of your manual. I scanned & sent you copies of it.
The fill for the counterbalance is kind of under the airbox. It's hard to get to. There is a pic of it somewhere in the manual though.

As little as it costs to do, I change mine at the beginning of every year, around April. Cheap insurance, and piece of mind.

What a coincidence I just changed mine last April too. It's such a pain to get to though !

Polaris fill holes are a drag to fill, being so small. I looked and looked for a funnel that was small enough at the tip to fit the holes, but never found one. Finally, I found a turkey baster style battery checker in my basement, cut off the first three inches, and inserted it in the end of a flexible tranny funnel, it works like a dream.
