I got this one. I really like it for a few reasons.
1. The price. $35
2. It has plugs and patches and comes with the tools to use them
3. It comes with a CO2 inflater. This inflater is especially nice because it uses threaded and NON-threaded 12g or 16g CO2 cartridges. Which means that I can use the same cartridges that I use in my CO2 pellet gun, which I have LOTS of them laying around

The cheap route, which i took, is buy the tire plug kit from wallys world. It has the reamer and plug insertion tool, and about 6 plugs, for 4.90. Then go over to the bicycle section and get a tire pump for 3.50. And if you really want to be complete, get a bottle of slime for another 6 bucks, and you should be covered for any tire problems.
