next mod i should do?

Default next mod i should do?

if you do end up getting a clutch kit or even just the spring make sure the spring doesnt have to high of a stall point....other wise it can cause extra stress on the belt and clutch itself

Trail pipe and clutch kit from HPD made a big diff. for me, well worth it! Call rick at RcR.

Default next mod i should do?

thanks for your help with the primary clutch spring. i got it tonight the voilet one and i just finish puttin it in. how did you buddys bike compare to the stock white one that in the. quicker get go? in mid range ? or high? im headed to the sand dunes sun. i cant wait to punch on the gas. my neighborhood wont be a good place to test it out so ya got a quik second to inform me. thanks tom

He had more usable power on bottom. The midrange was much improved. It stayed in the sweet spot easier. The top end shloud be about the same. It will engage at higher rpm so there will be a little delay as the rpms build up. This is normal. It will also be necissary to use the reverse oevrride button for most, if not all, reverse situations. This is normal as well. You will get better hole shot on those sand hills and be able to pull wheelies better.

why would u need the button lol, u could always just disable it like i did. pop the hood off and on the bikes right side right behing the oil tank is the reverse limiter and there a small box type deal with 3 wires coming in and 4 going out pull the black plug thats coming into it. u will have overided the overide lol.

I think it screws up the 4x4 models with out doing a full bypass.

On the 4x4 models, you have to do some splicing and dicing, but you can wire it for the 4wd to work in reverse w/o having to push the button. I did that on mine
