Default JB Weld is my Friend!

Rolled my sp500 a few weeks ago (broken master cylinder reservoir and throttle cable end connector). The reservoir was beyond repair, but the throttle cable connector (where it goes into the throttle assy) was a project slated just for JB Weld. It now works great and I didn't have to spend $50 on a new cable.

Thanks JB Weld!!!

Thanks Sleeper, but I have a sportsman (not a sport). I'm sure the JB Weld will hold.

I just used JB the other day for the first time. My girlfriends dad gave me an air compressor because he got a new one, he said it had a leak in it but since he had a new one anyway he wasn't gonna mess with it. Well, the leak was a hole in the airtank itself, about 1/8 inch. I smeared some JB on it and its good as new.

I used to laugh at my roomate for using that stuff, now I love it.

I keep Alumaweld in the tool box. Same basic stuff. I keep it with the duct tape and bailing wire.
