I moved the shock mount back about 2.5 " on the plus 8.If you look at my pic's #1 is a plus 6 with the shock mount in the original location.Pic #2 is the plus 8 with the mount moved back 2.5".It lowers it quiet a bit.

 

I'll sell you an hpd lowering kit and you won't have to worry about wheeling anymore!
