Default Need some advice please

ok, i got a 2004 330 polaris magnum. i bought it in february. It has 400 miles on it. It has been in the shop now 5 times. what it is is i will be driving along in high gear and approximately 20 or 25 mph more or less. i will go to slow down and it will just die and then it will backfire. also this 4-wheeler doesnt hardly want to start. it will grind a few seconds and then maybe it will start and maybe not. then i try again and it will eventually start. i am getting so fed up. i am paying money for this new atv and it preform this way. if anybody has went through this i need to know what my options are. is there a lemon law on a atv in kentucky. am i stuck with this atv. will polaris do anything if i call them or is it up to the dealership. want to do something tomorrow if i can.

are you sure your using good gas? not trying to be a smart a**, just trying to help. Sounds like a carb problem, possibly the float.

I'd check the plug wire...seems I heard of more than a few that were routed wrong and were getting pinched between gas tank and the frame!

Does that model have the etc throttle? if so make sure it's adjusted correctly.
