max bore

what is the max bore of a 400 2-stoke without putting in a sleeve my friend had to bore to .080 and it looks like it has a lot of meat left on the walls

is that the max of the bore or the largest piston you can buy before you go to a big bore kit?

not sure most places just advertise up to a .080 bore. u can def get bigger pistons its just wen u go over 80 its not that safe anymore

hpd sells .180 pistons but they may require a sleeve im not sure.

You can go up to .180 with the stock sleeve, bummer is you have to go from .080 to .120 and you will have to have the billet head for it! Lots of torque though!
