i plan on building a dual a-arm front end and using 250r spindles, hubs, shocks, should save quite a bit of weight over the struts.
and i was also thinking about when i build a new swingarm to use the front mounting pieces off of the stock one and put a 250r back portion on it and get a light weight bearing carrier, axle, and everything else on the back end.
all too much $$$$$

What kinda spindles do you use for the shaws? Do you use polrs a- arms? Ive done away with my stock struts, used a set of spindles and hubs off of a yamaha badger (2lbs) and used some 2" alum box tube for the strut. I think I lost around 37 lbs. But it is rigid now

i was thinking about doing something similar to just replace everything to round tubing one piece at a time but you would have to cut off so many brand new welds
