Default shifter linkage problem

my shifter is set up right now that i can either select neutral and forward but it will hit my plastic before it goes back far enough to engage reverse. Or if i put the mount in the different holes on the plate i can get reverse and neutral but not forward. any ideas?

Do you still have the handle going through the hole in the plastic? If so then you can adjust the linkage rod by screwing it in or out depending on which way you need to go.

So how much did the fan weigh? A few meaning around 3 or so. I heard it was around 7-8 pounds.

i think it weighed about 4-5 pounds. i took off the fan, fan shroud, and my dg bumper and i cut 10 pounds all together. i like the look of it with no bumper better anyway
