sprocket sizes

Default sprocket sizes

I have a 400 scrambler with trail porting & cluch kite. What sprockets do you recomend?. I DO some drag racing and hill claiming.But mostly trail riding. HELP.

what are you running now and how do you like it?do you want to gain some topend or bottom?

imho you will not notice any difference when you slightly change your gearing i know when i went to a 14th front sprocket i could tell no difference at all. concentrate more on the clutching.

i went from the stock 34 tooth rear to a 38 tooth,the low end power was like night and day difference,almost like adding the clutch kit..

Ive found that 13-34 works nice on a 2wd with trail port and pipe.

Just because I had one laying around I decided to try a 11 tooth front with the stock 36 tooth rear. WOW! The front sure does snap up now. I can't wait to get on the trails and see how it feels. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
