Would it hurt my scrambler 2wd by puting 22 inch tires on the front and still have 22 on the back. Because no one makes 23 inch sport tires except holeshots.

I don't see what it could hurt.
Now if you had a 4wd model, you would want to stick with the factory ratio of tire sizes (front to back), but on a 2wd model I can't see there being a problem.

Agree, there will be no problem doing that to a 2x4 machine.
