Cheng Shin Sur Trak or Maxxis Sur Trak. Whats the Difference?

I see you have the Maxxis Sur Trak. No insult intended here - at the two sites I checked, the Cheng Shin Sur Trak was much cheaper than than the Maxxis Sur Trak. Could just be the sites, could be Cheng Shin is less - I don't know if their is anything to it. Thank you for the reply.
