Default AAEN MUFFLER (HELP)

I took the AAEN muffler off and put the stock (modified) muffler back on and it still has the whistle. Do I have a hole in my pipe some where thats sucking air?

Default AAEN MUFFLER (HELP)

are their any dints or new bends in the header pipe. , or does it have an exhaust tick at all when the system is cold

could be air flow problem from a dint or bend, or could be a air leak if it tick when cold.

Default AAEN MUFFLER (HELP)

I haven't been riding it in any rough places so I don't think I have put a dent in it or anything. I ride it around the farm and down the rode to work. It has this sound cold and hot it don't go away. I listened to it last night and it sounds like I have a little leak up in the frount. Going to take the whole exhaust off today and insepect it.

Default AAEN MUFFLER (HELP)

UPDATE found the problem had a large crack in the header. Going to weld it later today and paint the exhaust system with HI-TEMP paint.
