YES
A FOX shock from any PRE-2000 model Scrambler or Sport will fit a PRE-2003 trailblazer.

A Fox shock from a 2000 to current Scrambler will fit a 2003 forward trailblazer.

MY2000 Scramblers and MY2003 Trailblazers all have the long travel suspension.

If you wish to put long travel suspensionon a Non Long travel machine you will need to change the swing arm. The attatchment point is moved farther back on the swing arm, That is the main difference.
