Okay i havent even got a change to take a look at it. But my predator is a display model that gets put out on the front lawn. Its got a vortex cdi that i bought used that was said to have no issues. In the morning it was put out with no starting problems normal. THen go to put it back in and the batteries damn near dead. This is what I was told. Now how could the cdi of caused this? Same one is my friends with no issues and same settings.

 

The batteries go dead every once in a while, I don't think they have much of a charging system on them. You could do a search about this, but just charge it up, and see if that fixes it. Shouldn't have anything to do with the cdi.

 

Actually, the predators have one of the highest rated stator outputs, 200 watts I believe, which is about 16 amps!

 

my battery died right off on mine also... i got another under warrenty.
