Default blaster vs scrambler

i had a pipe, clutch kit, 39pwk, reed spacer, k&n clamp on, and a LOT of weight removed which makes a huge difference.

When you say "race" do you mean a drag race? If so, there is NO WAY you are beating a piped shee with a piped 400. Not even close.

ToomeyBanshee1, I think you misunderstood scambler123. He said he was outrunning piped shee's w/ a pipe, clutch kit, bigger carb, reed spacer, k&n, and lots of weight removed. He said he was beating piped shee's w/o doing internal mods. He never said he was outrunning them w/ just a pipe.BTW, scrambler123, if you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh? You don't look like you weigh very much, which will make a definite difference when drag racing someone.

I understood his reply. I may be vague, but I consider a quad with only bolt on mods as simply "piped" My 99 is "piped" in my opinion, however it has a few bolt on mods. My 94 is modded, with pipes. I just find it hard to believe he is beating "piped" shees with a "piped" 400.

well i dont'w know what to tell you other than to believe it lol

if my bike was bone stock except for a pipe i would not have stood a chance. my bike at the time which i am talking about would probably put 5 lengths on a just piped scram.

That had to be one sick Shee. I had a fast Scrambler, but I never raced a Banshee. I always wanted too. I knew I would not have a chance. I did race a Z and smoked him. That was the fastest quad I raced. And I did not race a Predator either.

im not saying i dont believe you but its hard to believe..i raced 2 banshees at the same time, one even had 2 ppl on it.my scrammy had a hpd trail pipe, hpd agressive clutch kit,v-force reeds&spacer,k&n clamp on and both banshees beat me,i did stay ahead of the one riding double, only for half the race though.i heard the bigger carb dont really make a difference without port work so like i said, its hard to believe..
