subject sums it up has anyone doen this? they make carb and injector cleaner that you just poor in the gas tank.
I think this would help the engine styay un gummed up and in top operating condition. I don't see any reason it wouldn't work on the 4 strokes. just worried it could mess up oil distribution or something on the 2 stroke.

I wouldn't really suggest it, if you want a clean carb, then take it off and clean it with some carb cleaner.....as for the stuff in the fuel, I think that the stuff makes the gas burn hotter, and it melts away your spark plug(had this happen on a vehicle once, from too much injector cleaner, had no tip on spark plug).....so I wouldn't do it on mine anyway.

I always run about 1 ounce of Sea Foam to each gallon of gas. It helps keep the carbs clean and acts as a stabilizer for the fuel too.
I run this in my sleds, quads, chain saws, weed wacker, lawn mower, outboard, and about once every three months in my trucks. Never had a fuel-related problem.
