i've got a polaris 500 sportsman (2000) that came with the overheat package factory installed (lol) .. .. .. I have to replace at least the head gasket, may have to grind the head . . . anybody know the torque value for the head bolts ?

I don't, I imagine something around 30ftlbs.....don't have a clue though.....check your manual for the info, should be in there.
