Default New mods for the scrammy

Just finished up my latest mod. I installed a Sunpro Triple Gauge kit (water temp, oil pressure, and voltmeter) They work pretty good and I have them wired into my headlights so that they light up. The pics are on my page, as soon as it comes up

that looks very nice man!

just curious, what does the 500 run for oil pressure?

your fan kick on about 190?

where did you hook up the volt guage?

way to go man!

Oil pressure at idle is about 1 or 2 PSI, not much at all. It jumps up though to about 20psi at around 2500rpm and will go up to around 30psi or more as the RPMs increase. My fan rarely comes on. But, the temp gauge never went about 190, so everything seems to be working right. The voltmeter was a piece of cake. One wire goes to ground and the other goes to a 12v source (when the ignition is turned on). I wired that to a red wire with a black stripe that came out of the key switch. At around 2500-3000 rpm, I am getting about 15volts (with the lights off). Now that I have that, I may add some more lights that way I can monitor the charging system.
