Default 39 PWK carb on a Non-concentric....

I am sure some of you have done this. I have the 39 carb, rick said it was going to be a tight fit. I was dry fitting everything and holding it in place with the airbox it looks like it will never fit. Any thoughts? I was thinking of trying to fab up an airbox that will fit in there.... Dont really wanna spend the time on that though.

I used to have a 96 sport.....with a different carb(can't remember what kind).....but I had to switch to a different airbox(I think like a modded one out of a trailboss).....It fit a circular airfilter in it, and had holes in the top and bottom(both of which could have been made)

But isn't the express airbox a round box(basically)?? Does a round filter fit into it???? For my bigger carb, I had to find a box that would be smaller and fit a round airfilter(or the smaller box did fit a round one).......

Yeah, i need and airbox. I wish I didn't, but i do hit mud quite often, i dont think a k/n slip on with outerwear would be enough.
