NEED SMALLER PICS?
#2
Right click the picture file, highlight "open with", select "paint". In Paint, click "stretch/skew" then change the horizontal and vertical percentages to whatever size you need. Then click "file" and either "save" to replace the original with the new size or "save as" to save it as a new picture.

i use HP image Zone PLus, theres a resize tab, then a custom tab, then you use the up and down arrows to adjust the size, until your at the desired file size. or theres a FIT TO WEB PAGE button, that works just punch in 150KB.

with all my pics I just have to right click on the pic and click on open, then do view resize and type in your percents. I believe the pics are suppose to only be like 750 x 750. I also use HP for both my desktop and my laptop.
