Default problems with 500 sportsman

the other day i was riding my dad's 500 sportsman when i decided to break a trail by powerbraking and spinning the tires. wen i went to do this the engine blew
out white steam so i rolled back down the hill to see what i did. i didnt see anything wrong so i went to move the quad to flatter ground, the quad started bouncing like it
had a really bad bent a-arm. what did i do to my dads quad. any reply would help, thanks

if you can't do any of the above hate to break it too you.
your dad will make you pay big time...

by powerbraking and spinning the tires...does this mean u were holding the brake and giving it gas? cus if so, prbly fried a belt, cus when u apply the brakes, its to all 4 tires

You can not powerbrake a sportsman, because it is impossible to apply only the front brakes. You had the brakes on to all four wheels and burnt the belt.
