I'm trying to check the valve clearance on my 03' Predator. Anyone have access to a shop manual that can tell/post me what the clearances should be? THanks alot!!!

If Im not mistaken the intake is supposed to be .7mm with a limit of 1.4mm and the exhaust is 1.0mm with a limit of 1.8mm. But I would like a verification of that cause I seem to have misplaced my manual and Im going off my head here.

 

Well I just recieved my Predator Service Manual Saturday and I am very impressed with the detailing Polaris did with the manual. .006 intake, .010 exhaust to you question!

 

Yeah...your right. I finally found my manual and I was thinkin of the valve seat width..... disreguard my last post!!!

 

So, Ernie. Just curious what your impressions of your Pred are compared to your Raptor when it stock (or had the same mods as your Pred does)
