I dont think you should mod your bike off the bat. Firts get to know your machine, get used to the power and the suspension. If you don't have enough power, move on by putting the pure polaris pipe, it's special made for the preddy, then install and K&N as trail rider said and re jet it. Your quad wont be same. Also , are you a starter or has had experince with motorcycles?

I have experience riding quads, my bike right now is a Polaris Sport 400; it's been ported and polised, bored 40 over with a weisco piston, cool head and high compresion dome, 42mm Mikuni flatside carb with a K&N air filter mounted right off the carb, V force reeds, a DG pipe and Hpd clutch kit. runs pretty nice just thinking of getting a preddy and have not much knowledge of what mods. would be the best in performance.

The kind of riding that is avalible here in Arizona is alot of desert riding and dunes. Thats the riding that I plan on doing. We do have a new track that has just opened for atvs and dirt bikes and also has a drag strip for racing.
