Hi. As hillclimber suggested I would go buy a chain tool. It can be difficult to squeeze the o-rings links together enough to allow the master link clip to fit on properly. The chain tool will help make this a less demanding process. It is a good idea to keep a master link and a few links from your old chain , as well as a chain tool with you out on the trail . I have had a chain break out on the trail ...and I was not prepared for it...I will not make that mistake again.

Also......if you bought that chain from Doug.........it is not a pure polaris chain, it is probably a pretty nice D.I.D. chain........I had my old sport and kept breaking chains........I ended up buying 5 of them from him in under a year!!! At 65 bucks a piece, that gets expensive......

nope, i ended up going to atlantic to get this because dougs phone was busy and it was like 4 20 or so and i wasnt sure if i was going to make it.
oo and by the way i did get my chain on and had a great time riding this weekend.
went riding with a brand new 2005 660 raptor in our group. yes we raced.....yes he won but i beat him through his first through third gear and half of fourth until i hit my top speed and he took off. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
o well it was good fun anyway.
oo and by the way i did get my chain on and had a great time riding this weekend.
