Default I just got slimed!

Had a slow leak on one of my tires so a friend told me about a product called " slime " ........He says put a bottle in each tire and it will seal the small punctures.

Anyone ever use it and is it worth the 30 bucks to do all four tires?

it works, i use it when i need to in my mountain bike tires, but normally don't touch it, thats why i carry plug kits....

slime makes a terrible mess and when you get your tires changed by your dealer they'll be cursing you the whole time for all the crap they're going to have to clean off our your rims and the mess its going to make in your their shop

not only messy but i have heard that if it dries up when not evenly spread it can give you a nasty speed wobble or vibration from putting the tires out of balance!

It does work, but I"ve noticed that when driving in the street it wobbles at fast speeds, well on my friends YFZ.

I keep a can of that compressed tire sealant in my atv for if i get a leak or flat on the trail. It seals and refills the tire, and i've used it a few times. I think someone told me that this stuff dries in the tire, so it wont protect from future punctures, but isnt as messy.
