went riding today
went out riding today and we had alotta fun!
,,,,,, up until my buddies' 03 400 trailblazer just quit running. it would crank over with the elec. start and POOF out a little smoke outta the pipe. it sounded like there was little if any compression cuz it would crank over really fast.
he has had a little trouble in the past with the oil pump getting stuck.
one ride, it was pumping too much oil and it would smoke like a bitch. he still rode it like that but needless to say, he was the last in line. took it to the dealer and got it fixed.
next ride, the return spring or the mechanism down on the motor broke and made his throttle stick wide open. that was a site to see. (hes got a temper) but it eventually got fixed too.
next ride after that, he somehow went thru a tank of oil and his light came on,,, ended that ride real quick.
so now it seems as if he has BLOWD HIS **** UP!!!! am i assuming correctly? im telling him that he just needs to rebuild his top end. should take care of it right?
any other ideas i could give him as long as hes gonna have it torn apart?
