Swaw Bar Quick Disconnect
#1
Is there a kit that allows you to do this on Sportsmans without a lot screwing around???
I don't mind an installtion process........but once it's done I definately want the "Quick Change" type of deal.......preferably without any tools but I would guess that's probably asking too much.
Thanks, Bob

Thank you Chris.........That is EXACTLY what I had in mind........even better than I expected relative to easy of use as well (from what I can tell).
Does it basically work by simply pulling the cotter pins and removing the two vertical connector pins between the A-arm and the sway bar on both sides??? Would you say it can be done on the trail easily??? I'm thinking that uneven terrain would put tension/compression on them so you'ld need to do the change out on flat/even ground.
BTW.......Great pictures!!! and a very nice job outfitting your machine.

I also have one and you pull 2 pins to take off very easy. It's only for 1 side and I think it should be level when taking off and putting on to make it easier. Great product

You only need it on one side (side the left side, away from the muffer).
Getting it on and off:
1. Your right BOTH tires must be level to get it on and off.
2. You can have too much weigh on the rear to get it on and off ... I loaded my machine with a 200lbs of stuff with it off and had to remove most of it to get the sway bar back on.
Other than the above two points i found i can get it on and off in just a couple of mins. But most of the time, i ride without it ... It rides so much better.

Thanks guys
'SPORTSMAN70003'.......Your machine is awesome too!
Both you guys are making me get visions in my head that my squeaky tight wallet is taking exception to.
I have to say though that this mod is an absolute no brainer.
