Have any of you guys put a K&N on your SP 700EFI? Did it add much power?

I just put the K&N on my '05. I like it better than the Uni Filter and seems to go alittle better with the K&N versus the Uni. I haven't done any real testing other than seat-of-pants....it would be hard to tell....

 

I put one in my 600. Didnt really tell that much difference, but I still like the K&N better.

 

u wont really notice a gain with a k&N... but it does improve airflow over the stock paper filters and IMO its easier to take care of than a foam.

i put one on my 700 efi and it went from a top speed of 61mph to 66mph and it feels like it has more power out of the hole

ya... jus a little one the day before hunting ended... i am supose to be in canada right now hunting but **** came up and i wasnt able to go! i was pissed!

ive heard that K&N filters dont clean as well as lets say stock or foam filters and cuts life off your engine components... anyone hear about this
