Default Problems with new sportsman need help.

For what it is worth......Last year I sold my older ATV'S but then decided to jump back into it in a big way. I bought a new 6x6, 700EFI and a Suzuki King Quad. The one thing I noticed immediatly is that both new Polaris's vibrate way more than my older models. Older models were a 97 Sportsman 400L 2 stroke and a 6x6 with the same motor. Compared to my new King Quad the Polaris's just really shake at low speeds. Not complaining mind you, just stating a fact for comparison.

It is Just takes some education and lots of hard work. Plus spending 21 years in the Air Force which gives me a great pension till I die.

4-strokes definitely vibrate more than 2-strokes....my Honda 450 about shook my head off, thought I was sitting on a harley...my Polaris rides pretty good, smooth once going, some vibrate until the clutch grabs....

Set on your atv and push down on the fenders and the vibration will stop. To fix, put some rubber gommets or something else between the racks and plastic under the racks. This should take care of thr vibes.
