How do I remove the balljoint from my scrambler 500. I've already removed the hardware which holds it into place, but how do i get the thing outta there?

This is what I did. Remove the hardware and plate and loosely bolt the a-arm back on the balljoint. Then, use a torch to heat up the balljoint. Be very careful of hot grease splattering. Then, use a big pry bar to pry the a-arm down and the ball joint will come right out

If you freeze the new balljoint and spray it with some silicone lube. Then heat up the strut housing to get it to expand. It will make installation much easier. I used a big deep socket the same size as the balljoint to re-install it.
