Check out the new Feb. '05 ATV Rider Mag "12 hour" test. They have some great things to say about the TLD Predator and its durability, contrary to popular belief amongst Yami and Honda fans. It finished 2nd but the editor Billy Bartels voted it first. Only problem/damage was from hitting a tree! Most of the pros who participated were surprised at the improved ergos, speed, quality components and durability of the unit.
It was stated that the extra weight from the HD components paid off in its durability.
