Help!
The right front hub wont engage on my 94 400L. The snow is really getting deep and I have to plow.

How do I trouble shoot this problem?
Any suggestions?

first off, check and change your front hub fluid, this will most likely fix the problem

 

Either that or check your wires to your hub, you might have broken or rubbed through a wire.... Good luck

Now my next dumb question is..... What kind of fluid do I put into the hubs?

 

Anyone have any ideas as to what fluid goes into the hub??

 

use mobil 1 Synthetic ATF,,,,,or the Polaris hub fluid.

as Bing said, any Syn. ATF fluid will do

 

If the fluid doesn't work, check the wires going to the wheel and make sure one is not broken

 

Well the hub was dry.... really dry!
I used Mobil 1 ATF, but still the tire doesnt drive. It really makes plowing impossible.
How can I troubleshoot the electronics in the hub?
The wires look fine.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
