Man, that's awesome. Reminds me the scenery of a house I used to have in Elephant Butte; unfortunately, didn't have a quad (a big boat and 2 watercraft was already too much for my wife). That's the ideal terrain for quads, IMHO.
Glad you had fun.

the butte is a great area....I'm going to go down there in the next week, looking to shoot some quail.....when the weather gets alittle warmer, I'll get some better pics....we had a great time riding today and went through some extremely technical terrain, but couldn't jump off and take pics...next time I'lll try to get some good ones....today I went down the arroyo edge and it was really washed out....i was standing on one side trying to keep the ATV from flipping on its side, then i got stuck in the washes...they were about 6 feet deep, but my tires were wide enough and the dirt was froze enough that it didn't collapse....we had to pick up the back end and then I went in reverse over the dirt....I wish I had a picture to show, I got it stuck in that stuff, it was hairy....just have to see it, even a pic wouldn't do justice....

Damn lucky it didn't go through, they are pretty tough...I may put on new ones because I hate to have a weak spot....we were about 25 miles from the trucks....
