Default scrambler balljoint

Could someone PLEASE tell me how to remove the balljoint from a scrambler 500. I've tried heating it up and prying on the a-arm with a pry bar like somebody suggested but it won't budge!

If you cant get it out that way, then you may need to take it to the dealer and let them use their special removal tool. I got mine out witht he pry bar trick. It came out fairly easy once I got that sucker hot enough

the first one i did it took me two hours and ruined 5 drill bits....don't ask!!! The second one, i got smart and it came out in 2 minutes. I put the whole strut in a vise then took a grinder put a notch in the threads so i had something to grab on. Then I took a flat bar and a leverage block and pulled up on the sucker and it popped out like an average nail.
