I got a questions about jetting.. Do you replace all the jets? or just 1 specific one? And im getting a Hpd pipe and silencer for my quad and then l8er on a clutch kit and k&n airfilter and then i need to rejet. How fast will i get going with all that one? And Does any one have any experience with a chain tensioner? Are they worth buying?

You will replace the main jet. And the chain tensioner is worth the money...if you do alot of jumping.

if you put a hpd pipe on dont wait untill later to jet it,adding a pipe REQUIRES rejetting.you pretty much need to add a clutch kit also, but i guess you can get that after adding the pipe..

You may be better off just getting the RCR stage 1 kit. It has everything you need (pipe, silencer, air filter, jets, clutching) with YOUR choice of pipe (including the HPD pipe). $325 with free shipping

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

THis is your best deal .......but if you insist on the HPD pipe you MUST rejet or you will toast your motor. And it will not run any better with the pipe if you dont clutch it could run worse.I tried to detune the clutch in my sons when we first got it and it lost ALL the bottom end without the kit that matches the pipe.

the wiseco piston wont really give u a gain in power just a huge gain in reliability. the stock piston is a cast one and will break eventually. the wiseco may let it rev a little more.
the chain tensioner is definatly worth the money even if u dont jump. i hardly ever jump and when i didnt have one i ate through chains and sprockets, now with the chain tensioner and a better chain i havnt had to adjust it even once yet and ive had it on there for 6-7 months now.
