I got mine from Tractor Supply Company. They cost about $50. I also got the spring things to hold the chains tight. The chains I got have the extra angled pieces welded on the cross chains for extra traction. I am quite amazed how much power this Trailblazer has for pushing snow. This thing spins the chains on pavement rather than running out of engine power. I think it could use wheel weights to get the ultimate push power.

They arent under powered they have plenty of power its just that they are heavy. If you open them up a little they are pretty quick. They also have a lot of potentiol(spelling?) and are also reliable.

Maybe you can find a used sport/scrammy/trailbazer for good price cuz the 400's are pretty fast. Or look into a 500 scrammy those are also quick and they are 4x4.

Hello 4wheelerfred. I think you might be suprised how much power a stock Trailblazer has. It does not accelerate extremely fast probably because it is clutched to engage at a low rpm. This seems to have the advantage that it has good low end grunt and reasonably good gas mileage. Like DGpolaris2346 says, if you want a faster version you can either modify the 250 or look for a 400. I saw some wheel weights at either Home Depot or Lowes (can't remember which) that might fit.
