who is making this predator ceramic head pipe that polairs has on there web site, and it says it goes with the pure poliars pipe, do you think its made by white brothers, and how do you think it compares to the head pipe from rath racing, hpd, ect.........?????????????????????????????????????? ????? as far as horse power??????????????????????????????????????

 

I don't think I would go with it, for a little more, you can have the Rath one(top of the line in headers)......HPD doesn't really have a headpipe, they have a full system, you can't just buy the head pipe and match it with something else, but their full system produces a lot of power!!! In conclusion, I'd stick with the Rath header, I've heard good things from it......they say about 2-3hp gain.......Remember, I think it gets pretty hot too(you could ceramic coat it) and they also make a heat shield. RAJ on the forums here has one, maybe you could talk to him.......that is, if he has tested it and put it on.......

 

I think the Rath Header is the way to go....it gives the Pred alot more low end grunt. And it also looks good, the one that Polaris sells is more for looks then anything.....and it will be the same size as stock. Yes it does get hot! Rath is making me a heat shield for mine, I should have it some time next week....I hope. I have already burned a hole in my snow pants from the header[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]. I have a couple buddy's with a 03 and a 04 Predator....they can also see and feel the difference with the header, they also will be getting one soon.

 

lol i did the same thing, burnt a hole in my pants (damned HMF headpipe doesnt have a heatshield)
