best carb for the predator

I would sent your stock carb off to Doug Nicholas and have him do some work on it. This is what I did and I have great throttle response. Here is his web site Nicholas Cycle.

the best ALL AROUND carb is prob getting your stocker modified at Nicholas cyle ...site listed in above post...it also depends on what kind of riding will be taking the majority of your time

if you want the best i have hear the Edelbrock is the best for the pred. alot of people will argue this but its jmo. also if you dont want to send the carb in to have it worked on do it yourself. ask the questions you need on hear and fine tune it t your liking. becouse you dont want to send it in every time the temp changes 15 dgs. it will take alot of trial and error but once you have got you will know how next time. it takes me 5 minites to change the maine and pilot jet. its worth doing yourself. after a while you will get good and you will thank yourself for learning.

You can't go wrong with the Nicholas mod. The Edelbrock, like Speedy stated has had good and bad reviews....I've had one in the box for over a year, gotta make time to test. It is a nifty piece though.
