i found out today that the ice isn't very thick here in southern wisconsin Me and another guy with a scrambler 500 2x4 broke trough in a couple spots luckly we were going fast enough so we went right over the open water another one of my buddies with a blaster never broke through.

 

Where in southern wisconsin are you riding at? Over New Years I was riding by Dodgeville on my buddies pond and there was a lot of ice there.
