IS JETTING A MUST ? ON AFTER MARKET PIPES ON A 2004 SPORTSMEN 500 HO AND IS IT WORTH IT?

 

it all depends when it comes to jetting.

In my instructions for my WB pipe using the 12 disks with no air box mods, it said no jetting required.

I however, jetted it because of the air box mod I had done.

Heatseeker is right, aslong as you do not mod the air box...you will not have to rejet. But if you want to get the most out of the pipe you will have to let it get more air. But if you are looking for sound and thats it, you will be good. Don't get me wrong, adding a pipe..and not moding the air box, will help out alittle on performance.
