So what is your definition of a sports quad? And if the Trailblazer is not a sports quad what is it?

Yamaha Raptor(s), Yamaha YFZ450, Suzuki Z400, Kawasaki KFX400, Polaris Predator, Honda 400EX, Honda 450R, Etc. (There are also various 250cc model's that would also be considered a 'REAL' Sport quad, like the Suzuki Z250.. But the 250cc class is typically for the younger/smaller crowd)

Thos are 'REAL' Sport Quads...

The Trailblazer, and scrambler are confused utility quads. Their mother was a Utility, and their fauther was a Sport Quad..

I'm not saying they don't serve their purpos... But when i say virtually all Sport quads come stock with a swingarm skid plate, you argue with me endlessly about how you have never seen one that came with one stock, and then tell me your proof is the Trailblazer! I proved I was right about the swingarm skid plate.

So they are like inbreed sport/utility quads? LOL!!! You cant really say the Trailblazer is not a sport quad because it is. It is an entry level sport quad. Nothing utility about it. Now the Scrambler would be the one to be confused. The inbred. But in both cases they are in no way mx ready quads. Or at least I would not race them on an mx track. But now days alot of people are puting alot of time and money in these quads and race them. They do very well if all the right things are done. I dont like the fact that they dont have twin a arms.

Did you mess with the 330 anymore to see what is wrong?

you can say that when one of the tbs or sport/scramblers that dennis shotwell or hpd goes screaming past u!! 1fastpolaris has a couple of tbs that you would never be able to keep up with. i drive mine as a sport quad and then i take it and hit the mud with it.

Anyone go fast with the right amount of money.. Let me see either the trailblazer or the scrambler take a 60' mx jump, and land it, unbroken, with the rider in one piece..
PM x_scrambler3 and ask him about the jumps he takes with his TB.

The Trailblazer being an automatic, and being very heavy, and bulky is the part it gets from the utility... I'm not saying its not sporty... Just not a 'REAL' Sport quad..

No i havent had time to mess with the 330, i am off the next couple of days i will mess with it then.

Thanks for asking.

SOOO then the vforce is not a sport quad? Anyways who cares. If the dealer changed a setting it would be the needle clip or air/fuel mixture screw. My guess would be the needle because you said you had trouble keeping it running when cold. This would be a cold adjustment.

Boy ThaChad. You just can't help putting your foot in your mouth can you. Based on your definition, the DS650 and VForce are neither sports quads because they are two big and heavy and the Vforce has an automatic. But I think most everyone would disagree with you. What is even more funny, is your Z400 has 1.4 inches less suspension travel in the rear than a Trailblazer and only 3 tenths of an inch more travel in the front. But somehow the automatic clutch, shaft drive, Z250 with only 6 inches of suspension travel is a sports quad?
ROGLMFAO, you are too much with your BS.

The fact is, the Trailblazer has more rear suspension travel than every Quad you listed except the Predator. And nearly the same or more front suspension travel than most. And there isn't another 250 that even comes close in suspension travel. And I am sure even you can understand how important suspension travel is when you jump. I have a suggestion for you, take that Z250 and jump it 4 or 5 feet in the air. Then do it with a Trailblazer. If you don't kill yourself on the Z250, you will be crying to get off the Z250 and back on the Trailblazer. In the 2 ft whoops, the Z250 will get lost in the holes. The trailblazer will zip right through them (just like your Z400) because it will rotate around the center of gravity of the rider/quad; just like any good sports quad.

As far as size. The trailblazer is the same size as a DS650 or a KFX700. Come to think of it, the Trailblazer is virtually the same size as a Z400. And the Trailblazer and Z400 have identical ground clearance (10 inches).

Its true that the Trailblazer is 89 pounds heavier than your Z400. But then again, its got wider, taller tires; automatic transmission, longer suspension travel, more durable strut front end. Based on my experience the Trailblazer is not just a Sports Quad, it is a very good Sports quad.

Fastblasterboy,

Go back to the yammi forum. We did not ask for your opinion. And this is exactly why Us Polaris riders dont like people like YOU in here because all you do is bash. And comming from someone that rides a blaster you have no room to speak of being cheap. My heavy cheaply made 250 ate crapsters for lunch and then $hit it out. People are here to get advise and help. We dont need a-holes like you here. So get lost and speak your mind somewhere else. We dont need to hear it from you.

Hello Fastblasterboy. In my opinion, the quality of Yamaha and Polaris is the same. The durability of the Polaris is better though.
